Individuals living by themselves in the community often face crises that require immediate support and intervention. Our 24-Hour Emergency Assistance service is here to provide support by providing access to:
- 24-hour on-call phone support that provides
- Problem solving and crisis intervention
- A personalized response based on the person’s plan
- Ongoing assessment to meet changing needs
- Support for 911 assistance
- Physical meetings are possible when a part of the plan
